  • Is Dragička makup only for Drag artists?
    Hell no, baby! Don't fall for those marketing scams about "formulated for male skin"👦 or "only girls" 👩 makeup brands. Differences in the skin between sexes exist, but only as far as different thickness and level of oiliness, and while this has to do with your beauty care routine - it doesn't have any effect on decorative makeup products that you use. 💅 Dragička makeup is made for all genders, identities, expressions, sexualities, abilities, ethnicities, shapes & sizes. Literally everyone! 👩‍🦱👨‍🦽👴🏾🧛‍♂️👳🏽👨🏻‍🦰👧🏽🦄👵🏽🧔👩🏻‍🦰 It's created because we want to support You to be fearless. To be the best version of who you are. To live the dream & have fun.   • Where can i find more info about products?
    We have a lot of details about each product on each individual product page. 🧾 If you have more questions or thoughts, email us at hello@dragicka.com or use our contact form - we'd love to hear from you!
  • I would love some samples/testers! How can I get them?
    Unfortunately, we can't offer product samples at this time. 😒 However, every once in a while Dragička feels super kind and gives away some freebies - be sure to follow our social channels to sign up on time! ✔
  • Do you test on animals?
    Nope, never. Dragička makeup products are all cruelty-free! 🐾🐰
  • Are Dragička makeup products sustainable?
    That is always our goal. 🌍 We choose certified and reliable manufacturers, and we only carry products packed in recyclable BPA-free plastic or paper packaging.
  • Where are Dragička makeup products made?
    All our products are made overseas. We carefully picked several manufacturers by looking at their quality standards, ethical working environment & list of well-known brands they already work for. 😎 All our production partners have years of experience and use the latest manufacturing technology in the makeup industry, which is why they can meet the high standards we set for makeup in performance and illusion arts combined. 💯
  • Are your products vegan?
    Yes, all vegan products are marked as vegan in their descriptions. 💞
  • What payment options do you accept?
    We accept all major debit/credit card payments through a secure payments platform powered by PayU, easy checkout with PayPal, and different payment options through Klarna (shown at checkout). Accepted cards: MasterCard, Maestro, Visa, Visa Electron, American Express, and more.
  • What should I do if my payment is declined?
    Here are a few things to check if your payment didn't go through: Check that your card's details match what you've entered into our system. Check the expiration date on your card. Check if online payments are allowed for your credit/debit card. Check if the purchase amount is not above your card's limit for online payments. These limits can usually be changed/adjusted by a card owner, through e-banking or bank's mobile app. Your card issuer may have declined your payment. They don't tell us the reason for this, so it's best to check with them before trying your card again. If none of these apply, please get in touch with us through our contact form or at hello@dragicka.com, and we'll do our best to help you resolve the issue!
  • Do I have to create a User Account / Log in if I want to shop?
    No, you can shop at our web store even if you don't have a user account. 👍 However, creating your own account gives you many advantages, like: keeping track of your previous purchases, saving favorite products on your list, adding items to your wish list, being the first to learn about new products, saving your payment method for easier shopping, and - much more (especially during those days when Dragička feels like showing some extra kindness!). 😉
  • I forgot my Login password - what now?
    Easy-peasy! Just go to our Log In page, and look for Forgot password? words right at the bottom. Once you click on that link, you'll be taken to a new page where you can reset your password. We'll send you an automatic email to confirm your new password, so be sure to check your spam folder as well. If you don't receive a password confirmation email within an hour - please reach out to us at hello@dragicka.com and we'll assist you. 👍
  • Do you have a physical store? Where else can I find Dragička?
    For now, Dragička makeup and products listed in other categories are available only on our webshop. We are exploring options for physical space, and we'll update our entire community if that happens. ✌
  • How does Jewels rewards program work?
    Ready to show some loyalty by joining Dragička royalty? 👑 We have jewels for you! Some quick facts: You must be a registered user on our website to be eligible to join the Jewels program. There are many different ways to earn jewels and rewards (through purchases, sign-ups, etc.). You can redeem your jewels whenever you decide, and we will deduct their value from your purchase value. Jewels are valid for 365 days from the day you earn them. We'll send you a reminder on time, so you don't miss the expiration date! Through the Jewels program, you get access to exclusive rewards, pre-launch peeks, and special deals!   • How can I apply to be Dragička promoter/model? What about collaborations?
    We love collabs of all kinds! 💞 Dragička believes there is no such thing as a bad idea, so if you have one - reach out, and we'll gladly consider all possibilities. Sometimes the idea might not be right for us, but we can always support, share advice and connect you with the right creative minds.   • I have a few coupons/codes for discounts - can I use them all at once and on sale items as well?
    Combining two or more coupons/codes is impossible at the moment - you can apply only one coupon or code to your purchase at a time. Discount codes and coupons are disabled during any sales period. You'll be able to use your codes and discounts after the sales offer is over.
  • Do you offer free shipping, and what are your delivery times?
    Yes! We're always supporting your economic well-being, which is why we cut shipping costs wherever possible. 😉 Free shipping: For all orders worldwide - the shipping cost is on us! Delivery times: Makeup products - EU countries & UK: 2 to 5 business days Other countries: 5 to 10 business days
  • Can I change the delivery address or cancel my order?
    Have you changed your mind about something, or have you just realized you mixed up the addresses? No worries - you can cancel or edit your order within 8 hours of the purchase by filling out the Return Request Form. If more than 8 hours have passed since your purchase, there is a big chance we have already started processing your order and the shipping for your items. By that point, we might be able to make some adjustments, but, unfortunately, we can't cancel your order any more. 😐
  • Will I get a tracking number for my order?
    Definitely! As soon as the courier picks up your items, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. It usually isn't active immediately, so please be patient while the courier's system updates the information. Additionally, if you are a registered user in our shop (and for many more reasons - you should be!🤓), you can check your tracking numbers in your profile on the My Orders page.
  • I made one order, so why do I have several tracking numbers?
    That is totally okay - you will receive your order in several packages. 📦🧧🎁📦 Because we ship the products to you directly from the manufacturer or our warehouse, items in your order might arrive separately if they're sent from different places. This is why you'll get a tracking number for each separately shipped item! 👍
  • Will I have to pay customs and duties/taxes for my order?
    This depends on your order size, delivery country, and if items are shipped together or in separate packages (from different partners). ☝ Dragička makeup, for example, is shipped from Czechia, and it's not subject to customs tax in the EU. We also include VAT in our costs, so there are no additional VAT charges for shipping to the EU. 💁‍♀️ At the same time, if it's delivered to Serbia, for example, depending on Serbian law and regulations and detail of your order, you might be required to pay some customs/import tax. Generally, rules will vary depending on your country, so please check this before ordering. If any local tax is to be paid for your package, this responsibility lies with you. 🧾
  • What should I do if I want to return or exchange an item?
    Oh no! We always hope that our product will bring you only joy and happiness✨, but if for any reason something is not working for you - please fill out the Return Request Form. 📧 We'll get back to you within one business day and try to find the best possible solution that will put that smile back on your face! 😊 We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and/or unused (as applicable).   • It's been a while, but I haven't received my order/some items?
    We try to be pretty speedy with our shipping & we process orders every day, but sometimes things happen that are out of our control. 😕 In case you have multiple items in your order, and they're shipped from different places, some items might arrive a day or two apart. Please give a couple of days for all items to arrive. Here are 5 simple things you can do right away: Check the tracking number(s) status (found on the My Orders page in your User Profile, or in your email). Check if the delivery address and details on your order are correct. Check if the courier left a notice already or tried to contact you. Check if anyone living at the same address didn't already accept the package in your name. Check your email (and spam folder!) for any messages from the local customs office, as they might have contacted you about the clearance of your item(s). Regardless of the reason, you can always reach out to us, and we'll do our best to help you find out what is going on! Please include your order number & full name, and send us an email to hello@dragicka.com.
